Our method is simple and grounded in the principles of Mother Nature’s Gym. We can sum it up in three words: Body + Mind + Nature, what we like to call Mother Nature’s Gym.
We’ll explore the method in much greater detail after our first exploratory conversation. Once you decide to book, you’ll get two additional 60-minute Strategy and Program Development Sessions, followed by two more 60-minute Physician and Spouse/partner Discovery Meetings.
Not until we’ve completed these initial onboarding steps will we begin your Retreat Programming and Travel Planning.
Disruptions in your daily rhythms are normal and to be expected.
If you’re beginning a low carb, high fat diet and eliminating toxins like alcohol, cigarettes, or excess coffee from your diet you can anticipate feeling your worst on days three and four.
But don’t worry, by the end of the week your energy levels will rise and we can look forward to you feeling pretty good overall; perhaps, even, better than you’ve felt in years.
You’ll probably start to anticipate re-entry into everyday life and want to plug in, ramping up your time online. This is natural, but try to resist. Give your brain and your body the gift of being with your own creative instincts and prepare to watch the magic unfold after just one more week with decreased screen time.
During week three we’ll prepare you for the hurdles that await you upon your return to everyday life.
